Memories mean more to me than dresses.-Anne Frank
St. Patrick’s Day I get a text my from one of my bff’s saying, ” Ireland for $250 you down?” Of course, I responded! And just like that we were booked! It was the year of 35 (birthday) for us and a year of many first for the both of us, especially personally as we were dealing with a lot after each loosing a parent. We hadn’t traveled together since last years trip to Aruba but we were both up for some adventure and we deemed it just that!

This trip was like no other as it was seriously a little adventure. We both invited additional friends and for the next seven months there wasn’t much to do but wait… well of course I traveled in between. Nassau, Vegas, Miami, Beyonce & Taylor Swift Concerts and Bimini for me.
We booked our flights via Norwegian Airlines from New York…no not JFK, LGA or NYC but from Stewart Ferry Airport an hour and a half north of New York City. October 6th I left Indy for LaGuardia Airport via Delta where we all (3 of us from Indy, 1 from Atlanta and 1 from Charlotte) met up and headed out! Sight seeing NYC and making our way via charter bus to Stewart, NY.
Over the course of 6 long days, we sight seen New York, Dublin, The Cliffs of Moher and even stayed at a nice Hostel in Amsterdam.
At first I thought Amsterdam was my most favorite as we visited the Anne Frank home, The Heineken Experience and went on a canal tour and of course strolled through the red light district. We booked the excursions all through Viator.
After returning for the last full day in dublin, we attempted the Leprechaun Museum (not much there), walked around Trinity College & that area of Dublin which I really enjoyed! Of course we got some good pics, drank plenty of whiskey & shared many laughs in the Temple Bar area.

Dublin is not on my return to list but in all it was a nice trip with lots of drinks & many memories that I will forever cherish!
